Wayne RESA's High Priority Schools Initiative (HPSI) supports elementary and secondary schools in AYP Phases 1 through 6 across Wayne County. Support to schools is delivered by teams comprised of instructional and leadership coaches. HPSI coaches are experienced and certified English/Language Arts, Mathematics, English as a Second Language, or Special Education Teachers or School Principals committed to raising student achievement.

HPSI Mentors are certified educators with a demonstrable record of raising student achievement using the School Improvement Process.
