WISE Finance
The WISE finance system provides a self-balancing,
double-entry, multi-fund accounting system that is compliant with the revised 1022
Michigan School Accounting code for K-12 public schools. The software utilizes six
interactive files: ledger, transaction, invoice, requisition, purchase order and vendor.
It has 24 fully interactive funds.

ways to communicate
New Finance Listserv
As many of you know, two of our communication methods to districts
have been through the WISE message screen and host bulletin process.
In our attempt to increase the level of communication, we have added a
Finance Listserv (finance@list.resa.net).
RESA Computer Service Finance staff will
begin sending important notices, SMART tips and other communications
through the Listserv. Please sign up for the Listserv by sending an
email to:
imailsrv@list.resa.net
in the body of the message type:
subscribe finance YourFirstName
YourLastName
You will receive two email messages back from
imailserv, one giving
you the welcome message and the other indicating that the add was
successful. You do not need to respond to either message as you are
now on the list.
