With more than 25 years of experience in grant procurement and proposal writing, Wayne brings a wealth of information to the process of project development. In addition to his knowledge of grant writing, Wayne also brings a wealth of knowledge of child development and education which he has gained from more than a decade of experience as a clinical psychologist and three decades of classroom teaching. His teaching experience, which includes the provision of instruction to students of all grade levels from kindergarten to college, allows him to bring practical insights to the development of programs and projects that are educationally sound
