Beginning School Bus Driver Training

Training at Wayne RESA is scheduled for 3-1/2 days; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, unless otherwise indicated. Enroll Here

Advanced School Bus Driver Training

Mandated School Bus Driver Continuing Education classes are available on the following dates:

(Please Note: Per Public Act 187, Section 257.1851: Every current school bus driver must attend a six-hour school bus driver continuing education class by Sept. 30, 2011.)

Training Fee:  $25     Training will be held at Wayne RESA. Training is scheduled from  8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (seven hours). Attendance is required for all seven hours. (Lunch will be provided.)

Please Note:  Public Act 187 states, "The person or persons in charge of school bus operations at a school shall successfully complete 6 hours of supervisory continuing education every 2 years after the successful completion of the beginning school bus driver training program."
