Video Hosting, Streaming, & Conferencing
We provide a commercial-free platform to our districts to host and stream video. We also provide staff with training to use the platform.
Video Hosting and Streaming
Through the REMC Association, Wayne RESA supports and manages MIStreamnet, a commercial-free video hosting and streaming platform. On this platform, you can:
- create your own channel for your school or district
- record and upload educational or training videos
- gather analytics that show you how often your videos are being utilized.
- embed your videos in websites and online courses
- account synchronized with Edupaths at MAISA.

We license and support popular software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and others. Create two-way audio and video connections between different locations and bring people together without travel costs. Create one-to-many webinar activities with feedback. Assistance with bridging for multiple connections and specialized software training to meet your specific needs.

Learning Management System Hosting & Support
Learning management systems can be incredibly effective platforms for facilitating and organizing learning. We can provide you with a platform or help you strategize around your own.
Wayne RESA provides hosting and support for the Moodle Learning Management System at no cost to Wayne County school districts and public school academies. In addition, we provide customization options and training for teachers on both technical and pedagogical topics related to LMS implementation.

Cost-Savings on Digital Products
Wayne RESA, along with the REMC Association of Michigan, helps districts save money by negotiating with vendors to provide lower cost options county-wide.
In partnership with the REMC Association of Michigan we help districts save money on various products and services. Examples that our team supports include Follett Destiny Library Management System and Discovery Education Streaming.
Regional & Statewide Organizations
Online Course Design & Implementation
We partner with state-wide stakeholders to create effective, efficient, and engaging online instruction and training.
Our team crafts online learning solutions for various audiences affiliated with K-12 education. Recently, we have created online training for transportation supervisors across the state of Michigan and helped to craft cybersecurity training for educators. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) combine maps and data to provide location-based insights.
